Pay: $55-$57/hr. ($115,000 - $120,000 annually)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00
Overview
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor leads the recruiting function, overseeing a team of recruiters and managing full-cycle hiring processes. This role is responsible for driving recruiting strategy, ensuring compliance, and delivering a strong candidate experience while meeting hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to ensure high performance
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment from job posting through onboarding
- Ensure positions are posted within 36 hours of approval and advise on posting strategies
- Manage sourcing efforts using job boards, social media, networking, and agencies
- Partner with hiring managers and provide guidance on recruiting processes and policies
- Maintain and distribute recruiting reports and ensure data accuracy
- Develop and maintain recruiting SOPs and training programs
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company employment regulations
- Monitor recruiting budget, including advertising, events, and relocation expenses
- Oversee relocation processes and ensure adherence to policies and budgets
- Analyze recruiting metrics and implement process improvements
- Ensure timely organizational announcements for new hires and promotions
- Maintain accurate headcount tracking aligned with approved budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive recruiting and management experience
- Experience leading or mentoring recruiters preferred
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
